Whats the minimum stay?

We offer accommodation for minimum one month (28 days). For one month period you can rent only units in places having tourism license (like hotels, apart-hotels, b&b's). For two months or more you can rant privately owned apartments.

Is my apartment furnished?

All apartments on our website are furnished.

Whats included in my rent?

We recommend to confirm what’s included before signing a contract. Generally one month stays including all utilities. Stays over 2 months typically including maintenance fees, water and gas, but typically you need to pay electricity and internet separately. Electricity cost vary from 30$-300$ and depending on region and air condition usage.

Can I extend my stay?

Generally stays are extendable but you need to confirm each extension with your landlord.

What are the best regions to stay?

Everyone got its own opinion but overall most popular regions are San Francisco, Marbella, Punta Paitilla and beach front of Avenida Balboa. Old town of Casco Viejo if very popular for its historical style, and busy with tourism. Centro got mixed opinions, some people love it for being alive and busy, other people don’t like it because of homeless and traffic. There are other great regions like Costa del este or Ciudad del saber but they are located fairly far from most vibrant regions of city. If you are first timer and looking for safe pick stay nearby Marbella region.
