Near Casamar you can also find various activities, attractions and places such as Punta Chame, El Valle de Antón, Coronado and San Carlos that will allow you to enjoy exciting experiences in the province of Coclé and nearby areas.

Guest access

Once you access the Casamar front gate it’s just a short drive to the property (less than 2 minutes). You will be able to park directly in the basement of your building, and a short walk inside. In case you are unsure how to access, please feel free to park in the visitors area.

Guests can access all of Casamar’s amenities:
- Private Beach Club.
- Las Olas restaurant (open 12am-8pm).
- Children’s Water Park (10am – 5:30pm).

- 2 swimming pools.
- Beach-huts (reservation required).
- 9-hole golf private golf-course w/ lights for night rounds!
- Tennis Court.
- Basketball Court.
- Volleyball Court.
- Jogging trail.

Guests may also utilize the building’s shared pool area featuring:
- BBQ area (may require reservation, ask for details).
- 2 swimming pools.
- Children’s pool.

Other things to note

It is very important that all guests adhere to the Casamar policies. This is a pet-friendly apartment, nevertheless all guests are required to notify the amount and size of pets that will be in the property.
All guests must comply with the following requests:
1) Only dogs allowed in the residence.
2) A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in the condominium.
3) Dog size cannot exceed 35lbs (13Kg).
4) Guests are strictly required to comply with all Casamar norms regarding pets.
5) A pet fee will be charged to cover any dog-related (amount may vary) but will never exceed $50 overall.
6) If any guests fails to comply with #1, 2, 3, or 4 an additional charge may be collected.
